Casey Anthony Prosecutor Joins Firm
Jeff Ashton joined Chartered Law Offices of Troum & Wallsh as "of counsel" on Oct. 31, 2011 after retiring from a career as a prosecutor in Orlando. Jeff Ashton represented the state of Florida in the Casey Anthony trial before retiring from his 30-year career.
As a member of Chartered Law Offices of Troum & Wallsh, Jeff Ashton will be representing clients throughout Florida and will be available to serve as co-counsel, sit second chair or act as a consultant. He will consult with attorneys who are in need of assistance in death penalty cases as well as the use of forensic scientific evidence in criminal and civil cases.
Jeff Ashton brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to the firm. He completed approximately 300 jury trials and more than 70 successful homicide prosecutions during his career as a prosecutor.
